Warranty Policy
We offer a warranty period that lasts 30 days from the order date. If there is an issue with the product during that period, we will replace it and cover the return shipping.
If you received a damaged or defective item purchased directly from yattagolf.com or something happens within the first 30 days, please submit several photos that clearly show the product issues along with your name and original order number through our customer portal here. When possible please provide an overall image of the product and close-ups of the defective features.
Returns & Exchanges

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee ensures that every purchase on yattagolf.com exceeds your expectations. All returns and exchanges must be unused with the original tags and packaging. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of items purchased from third-party retailers.
Merchandise must be returned within 30* days of the order date to receive a product refund or exchange. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment or as store credit and will not include any shipping charges on U.S. returns. Customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for shipping costs and any customs fees on their returns.
*Holiday Exception: Items purchased between November 20th - December 15th of 2024 must be returned by January 15, 2025 for a product refund or exchange.
In the event that a refund is issued to the original method of payment, we ask that you allow up to ten business days for your return to be processed. Once your return is complete, you will be notified via email.
Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
