Measure at the fullest part of the bust, under the armpits, and over the shoulder blades, keeping the tape measure firm and level.

Great shirts but the sleeveless polo was a full size smaller than the polo with sleeves. The XL in sleeves fit perfectly but in Sleeveless I needed a 2X. Wash and wear beautifully.
