Our gut reaction after Tuesday night is that Woods and McIlroy might have struck gold. The league isn't perfect, and it's certainly strange to watch after we've become accustomed to the classic product of PGA Tour golf, but the night was definitely a success. The audience was into it, and the golfers had a good time. However, let's clarify that the prospect of it overtaking the PGA Tour in the next decade still seems laughable.
